I'm stating that the OP should not have had access to the Heathrow MLL.
Admittance Conditions (screenshot #1 ) states "departing" whereas MLL Purchase Access (screenshot #2 ) clearly states on AC, AC Express, or ACr.

OP was departing EGLL on EgyptAir and using a purchase MLL access pass which limited them to AC-operated flights only.
