I like the idea of a mega resort to start with while staying in the Villa will allow us to be away from it all when we don't want the the mega feel.

Beach - 2 nights in a Beach Front Villa at Amanusa (Nusa Dua) Right side of Penninsula - East
Mountains - 2 nights in a Villa at Amandari (Ubud) this is where FS Sayan is located - Middle
Beach - 3 nights in a Beach Front Villa at Amankilla (Candi Dasa) Main Island - South East

Should I allocate more time to the mountains? Move around less? This is our honeymoon so we will venture out periodically but hope to stay secluded also!

Your plan is wonderful, splitting your time between Central (RC) and Kowloon (PEN) in HKG is worth the hassle of changing properties IMO!!! Best choices in town you made. MO is old but good as well in HKG. Your Bali trip is one you will never forget. Enjoy your vacation/honeymoon!!! ^
