Used the Norwegian free wifi on an LAX-MAD flight.

The free wifi was, from my use anyway, free browsing in my Android phone, along with Whatsapp.
None of my social media apps would refresh (Instagram, Twitter) and going via the browser they were blocked.
My attempted to connect to my VPN also failed.

Speeds we're good.
Should note it's not a guarantee. In my outbound flight there was no wifi and that was also the Dreamliner.
