Well I was going to recommend Toggle - however they have been consumed by Lycamobile and no longer offer a local US number. So I am thinking of the ultramobile option too. Do you just go into any t-mobile store and ask for the $3/mo plan? It all seems rather simple if so and my experience with US telco providers is anything but simple!
