As said, this was nothing compared to a 'regular' rush hour. There was a combination bad weather and multiple accidents, leading to multiple lanes being closed. At its peak, on the motorway from the South to Rotterdam the jam was 16km and the delay 150 minutes according to the Dutch Automobile Association. In my view that is extraordinary.
