Ended up being very weird today...

They upgraded the 1st person on the upgrade list around boarding group 2 ... then waited all the way until final call to clear all standby's and upgrade the remaining 2 pax on upgrade list.

I took my seat in MCE that I received via standby on final call, then after boarding they upgraded two non-revs (pilots) and walked them from back to front and eventually handed me an upgrade to first as well.

I can't complain about the upgrade, but kinda not an orderly process....
