Needed to book JFK-GVA in J on LX, one round trip and one one way. Lifemiles showed 2 seats left on outbound flight JFK-GVA so tried making the round trip booking and one way booking at the same time. The round trip booking went smoothly, got PNR, itinerary shows up on LX website so all set on that front. However, while trying to book the one way, before even getting to the payment screen, it errored out. Of course now the availability is gone. The strange thing is, there is nothing showing on My Trips, neither the successful round trip booking nor the one way that errored out. I called LM and they were able to see the roundtrip booking on my account but nothing for the one way booking. Does any one have a similar experience such as confirmed itineraries not showing up on My Trips or does it take a certain amount of time to show? Do the erroneous bookings with PNR show up later? I've read on prior posts that bookings that don't go through may be held up for 48-72 hours before the availability is reflected on LM website. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
