Forgot to add one from a couple of months ago, but a useful data point. B789 DFW-LAX parked at the hangar on arrival, met by someone at the bottom of the extremely long ramp with a printed sign and driven back to T4. Dropped off at the steps leading into the terminal at gate 41 which was pretty handy for going up the connector to the QF lounge.
