(I do realize that for certain business class flights United miles can be a great deal, but not living in a United hub city or wanting to travel where these deals are, I am not getting great value out of my United miles.)
Citibank 2% card does not waive foreign transaction fees. I've given up on anything but cash back, so combine Chase Sapphire Reserve 3% on travel & dining, Chase Freedom 5% categories, Citi 2% on everything else & cash out every month.
