Obviously not for Turkish citizens. But for any Nationality that can apply for 72/144hrs TWOV, with 24hrs for everyone else (incl Turkish). I answered in general, ie that the Chinese immigration won't care how long/what kind of schedule you've booked as long as you arrive and depart from a different country/region.
