I have a feeling people who make over xxx€ a year hate these agreements and those making under support them 😏

But thats just my generalization

As for the negotiations I have a feeling we will see alot of talks about removing the temporary "KIKY" stuff that were imposed a few years ago on lower employees... Over all many are unhappy about many things in many fields so far so who really knows... Luckily I dont have to be the one negotiating these agreements.

Strikes and support strikes are a inconvinience nor have I ever been in one myself BUT I sure do support the right to strike 😁

That said back to normal for atleast little while now 👍👍
