Yes there is a thread on this somewhere (on phone so can't find it) apparently due to DL having two variants of the seating they hedge by always including row 26.
The net is whatever ends up being the starboard exit row (26 or 27) has virtually unlimited legroom (more than 26 BC which have the lav wall stopping the legroom vs the starboard side which has nothing until row 25 -- it's like row 9 of the old UA PS J seats).
If you take 26 you need to monitor in case they do a last minute swap to one that has no 26 and starts with 27 (has happened to me a couple of times)
