Do you currently live in Japan? If so, perhaps you could use a trunk room storage service and have them send it to your final/second to last hotel before going to HND? I'd probably aim for second to last hotel and use the hotel's takkyubin to ship to the airport. I believe I read that trunk rooms don't ship to airport via airport takkyubin over on reddit JapanLife.
