This is certainly on me, as I agreed to the terms of the purchase, but thought it was interesting that my FHR reservation @ Andaz Tokyo has a 72 hour cancellation window instead of the standard "flexible" 48 hour cancellation policy for Hyatt. What's interesting is that the Hyatt website reflects this is a FHR reservation with 48 hour cancellation policy, but Amex disagrees (and clearly lists the cancellation policy as 3 days prior by 4:00PM local time).

Word to the wise to carefully check those flexible cancellation policies with FHR as it may not match the policy that the hotel has.
