What's the current story with booking Qatar (QR) awards using AA? I read that most QR awards are not shown, but the master thread has that info crossed out. I see availability on BA site that is not shown on the AA site, but AA does show me *some* QR awards. Should I call AA with what BA shows? Or is that BA availability phantom? (It seemed a bit too good to be true.)
AFAIK most award space on QR (and EY) to/from the US is still not showing on aa.com due to the baggage allowance issue. If you see space on BA then absolutely call AA to try and book it.
