Yes to 500 MQM minimum.

Republic will be like any other Delta Connection carrier. Service will be limited due to the short duration of the flight but if you are in F you'll get your choice of drink and snack. Seating on the CRJ-900 will be the same as on other Delta Connection CRJ-900s (1x2 in F and 2x2 in C+/Main Cabin).
