Why would a hotel have a short booking window?
Springhill Suites, Navarre Beach FL.

Other Marriott hotels generally use a 50 week booking window, but this one property instead is only bookable about 200 days out. Today, the latest available date is June 13, 2020. And this isn't a temporary glitch; it's been like this for months if not longer.

This applies to cash stays as well as reward nights.

Is there some business benefit to a beach hotel not letting you book summers stays before Christmas? Does Marriott/Bonvoy have any rules about the length of booking windows?
