No, unless you are Gold Card holder or above and request it through TCP. Otherwise, the split PNRs mean that you will be considered to entirely separate groups.
If the children are under 12 though then bookings can be TCP but only to ensure children under 12 are sat with adults. It doesnt guarantee that all 4 passengers are sat together.
