No, Vivaldi (and any Chromium-based browser) does not support Java. I guess that would exclude Chrome, too? Anyway, I tried it on Internet Explorer, and even basic old IE sits at the pulsating LM logo...

[edited to add:] I enabled JavaScript, pop-ups and misdirects, ads, and notifications and even cleared cookies for lifemiles.com and still get nothing but the pulsating logo.
