I flew Thai Smile for the first time yesterday. Their drinks were served in paper cups. Never seen that before, but this might be perhaps a quick win to bring down plastic use. Never seen it on any other airline before.

On a side note: they seemed to have the same Pinnacle seats as BA, but with more legroom, free drinks and a choice of hot complimentary meals in economy on a three hour flight. They are supposedly an LCC...
