I had a DYKWIA at STR last night. The set up there is a bit special as they usually have a "pen" at Gate 344 for Priority passengers and use Gate 343 for groups 4+5 (they lead to the same jet bridge). Last night they had some technical issues at 344, so everyone had to go to the other side. Numerous calls for 1, 2 and 3 who were then all held in the pen at 343.
Just as they were about to call Group 4 and 5 (I was 4) someone barges past and says in German "I am priority, I have to board first, all these people there can surely not be priority". They scanned is BP but he couldn't find his passport. This man then almost threw a tantrum when the gate agents insisted on seeing either his passport or his ID Card.
Once the errant passport was finally located he had it checked and then proceeded to cut in at the front of the queue to ensure he made everyone aware of his importance. After all he was a bronze member.
Fairly sure he's also a "towel on sun lounger at 4am" person.
