Yes I have, but no one has compared the 100s vs 700s OWVs.
I remember reading that the snorkelling is decent around the 700s and especially near Yasmeen. I don't recall any comments on the snorkelling in the 100s though.
The 700s have a view of distant islands, boat traffic and night lights. Not sure if that's the same for the 100s.
