Yes, I do. But not the conventional way that most people think! I actually use them as name tags for my carry-ons: I insert either my FF card, or hotel membership card inside the leather tags.
Considering that IHG continues to insist on a ridiculous 4-digit PIN, I would be wary of having my IHG number on public display... especially when attached to an expensive-looking piece of luggage...
But otherwise, sounds like a neat idea...
