She complained that the hotel subjected her and/or her family to "life threatening situations," presumably the sharp edged slide and the lack of life jackets inside the villa.
She should be told "It seems we can't meet your expectations" and told to book her next vacation elsewhere and if she switches her allegiance to another resort or brand then the Hilton folks should all high five each other. No reasonable person would think negatively of Hilton for telling this guest to get lost.
I could not agree more.
It gets me thinking. What has happened in her life to make her like this?!
