AC is my airline of choice for many reasons, and from my own experience, AC crew are really good. I also always shoot for Altitude status, so I like to focus my flying on AC for that reason also.
I hear you. Last year I had some rough experiences on the few times I flew WS, half from crew and half from the equipment. Not so with AC. These days I try to avoid WS even more. Couple that with WS's inferior status perks and ground products, it seems a no-brainer. They have a long way to go to compete.
