While not directly BA related but somewhat...

We flew FI earlier this month from KEF into T7 and the BA Staff was policing all of the lines inside CBP refusing us access to the Global Entry lines stating it was for BA pax only. I told them that was ridiculous and to move aside, the agent refused so I had no choice but to go around them and I was poked and pushed so that person was reported to CBP.

Of course it being JFK, CBP said they couldn’t do anything about it since BA has “priority”.
