AA call centers unable to see availability
I called Australia multiple times (tried NZ as well). Singapore call center appears to be disconnected.
Nobody can see the award availability. Have been watching this flight everyday for a few months and knew it would open up 331 days out. I can see it on the American website but it won’t let me book it. Perhaps this is the same issue as the above? Trying for JFK-AUH-MLE as well.
