Hi all. This is the first time I have ever run into a situation like this so I wanted to get your input.

I have a trip planned that has me connecting via YVR. The first segment comes from the US and it connects to another US-bound flight (so basically just going to Canada for the connection). The inbound arrives into YVR around midnight and the outbound doesn't depart until 6am. I don't see the connection as long enough to get a hotel. Priority Pass says the 24/7 SkyTeam lounge is open and available in the International terminal (not the US-transborder flights terminal area). Is there any way to access this lounge if not departing from the international terminal? Should I just purchase an international ticket and then cancel?
