How do they take meal orders in F on OGG-Mainland flights? From front to back or back to front? Too bad they don't allow pre-ordering like AA and AS do.
I was told before the flight is catered such that both choices for the first course and main course are catered for each passenger so you will always get your preference. The left over remaining items are used as meals for the crew.
