Yea I know it’s not included now, but it definitely was in the past. I could’ve sworn it was included when I booked, but maybe i overlooked it - or maybe it was included when I started looking but removed prior to me booking. Just trying to find out if I have any grounds to ask for it to be waived.

This thread from August says it stopped being included “about 6 months ago.” I booked in February, so I must’ve been reasonably close to the cutoff.
