i was nicely surprised with UL. Food was really nice and the crew was also really good. It’s not as refined or modern as some of the QR biz, but for the price I think was a really good experience.

I really enjoyed my two trips - almost a year ago now!

I thought that the service and food were great. Sure, the A332 seat was eccentric and the A321 one was not really LH, but the flights were only around 4 hours each. The only negative for me was the outbound connection time from the UK.
