Does anyone else get annoyed when you check in on a TSU'd reservation and the front desk agent says "we've upgraded you to a xxx suite"? I usually correct them and say "No, I upgraded me to a xxx suite". They make it sound like they're doing me a favor for honoring the program rules. Is it that they can't tell the difference between a hotel upgrade and a TSU?
