I booked a business class EVA flight on Nov 20 using aeroplan miles. Points has been deducted and tax charged. No confirmation email. Aeroplan customer service is not taking incoming calls. Stuck! What can I do?
OPTION 1 - Panic
OPTION 2 - keep calling
OPTION 3 - try twitter
OPTION 4 - call an International Aeroplan number
OPTION 5 - call EVA with your flight and date info and see if they can find your file and confirm that an eTicket is attached
OPTION 6 - wait for a better suggestion from someone else
