What time of day? Did you realize that there is seating back behind the elevators, as well as downstairs?

I've been there at multiple times of the day, and whilst it's not uncommon to find the area between the escalators and the food to be fairly packed, I've never seen the far end be all that busy, let alone downstairs. Both of those areas (especially downstairs) are certainly less convenient if you're after the bar/food, but I've never seen the entire lounge even close to what I'd consider short of space.
