Companion voucher on Multi city flights
Morning all.
I'm new with Virgin, collected some miles for the past 12 months and got my companion voucher recently.
Looking to book London-Miami and Sao Paulo-London as return, both in Economy.
Doing some research, if i book them as one ticket, total taxes for both are £650ish + miles. If booked as 2 one way tickets, same miles, but return leg has $38 total taxes and charges, saving around £250 for both.
I know with BA it's possible to book 2 one way flights call CS and they will apply the voucher to reduce the points for 2nd passenger.
But is it possible with Virgin?
Thank you.
