I'd go YVR or IAH. YVR's the best airport of the bunch. ORD can be dodgy for delays any time of year (snow in winter, thunderstorms rest of the year). In the return direction it wouldn't matter, since it's pre-clear in YYZ for flights to ORD or IAH.
