I don't think so. Usually the hiring phase begins around 8-10 months prior to the soft opening. You can think about an opening date maybe in August or September 2020. Best example is the ANDAZ in Munich, it got soft opened in February 2019 but the first people got hired in summer last year. It first needs some time to hire the people, get them together to build a team and prepare the soft opening of the hotel.
