Question short route business class (north american, non-polaris), what to expect?
I bought r/t ticket on UAL for MFE-BZE on Business Class for someone.

What might be the highlights I can tell him that he will have on this flight compared to economy? I do know he gets to check 2 pieces of luggage for free (included in fare, that is).
