And that would be a switch to Newrest, replacing Alpha. Newrest has supplied LCY for some time, the perils of the A13 can occasionally hold up supplies, their kitchen being nearer Barking. Newrest is a French company but has swallowed up some household names along the way, notably Compagnie internationale des wagons-lits (CWL) and Eurest.
