Was leaning toward FHR because can use some Amex pts, but didn't realize about Prive. Thanks for the info.
FYI to anyone considering the Andaz - I last month stayed for a week, and I never even saw, let alone heard, any construction... it all must be off to the north side where no one would even walk unless there was some special event.
