I was quite annoyed about this at the Circulo Gran Via in Madrid - I booked for 3 persons on the website, then when I got to the hotel they levied a 3rd person fee based on the room description (which doesn't show on the website booking check-out page) showing they charge a fee for the rollaway, yet the room I booked was the Junior Suite which had a sofa bed in it.
