Jersey Mike's. I had to tap my phone 3 times before it would work. The terminal kept saying "Card read error" and the cashier had to keep resetting it. The transaction does show up in the Google Pay log, though. I don't think that necessarily means EMV, because I've had it work at gas stations which I know are MSD only.
To update, I went to Jersey Mike's today and it appears that they use EMV contactless on MC now. Still nothing on the receipt but the transaction does show up in my Citi MC's transaction log (CVR: A04001220000).
