I waded through the TA reviews from all the way back into September. Consensus seems to be that the rooms are aesthetically very nice but the service is a dumpster fire. Multiple reports of half hour plus check in wait times. The horrific elevator issues have already been well documented here. It also seems like some of the rooms have been half-assed with the redesign. Lots of complaints about the food. It sounds like the Diamond treatment is borderline abusive at times.
The positive reviews are very short and sweet, which is never a good sign in general.
