We have a 23 hour layover - and will be staying outside the airport at a hotel in Incheon. The next morning, we are interested in heading back to the airport early for a transit tour that runs from 0800-1200; however our flight leaves at 1435. I'm guessing the 3 hour early recommendation is based on checking in,checking bags, etc since we'll have to do none of that during our layover - is arriving at the airport 2 hours and 35 minute early plenty of time? we're traveling with 3 young kids if that makes a difference
