Question Quick question: YVR-OGG I-class (business) award availability?
Flying YVR-OGG (AC537) on May8 as part of a fixed business priority Aeroplan award booking. We're seated in Economy/X for now as no award seats in business have opened up (confirmed with Expertflyer). However, that seems odd to me given that all 16 business seats are wide open/unbooked and economy is also pretty empty. Does anyone have any experience with this routing and/or whether AC only opens up award seats closer to the date (if ever) or forces everyone to get on the upgrade list at checkin? It just seems funny given that all the business seats are untaken...
