I need a little help from the BA experts on this board.

About two weeks ago I had a nightmare of a time connecting from AA to BA in LHR (never once had a situation this bad). I don't want to bore you with the nasty details, but by the time I reached the BA lounge in T1, I was, to say the least, frazzled.

Okay, truth, when I reached the check in counter at the lounge I burst into tears. I was horrified at my lack of control, totally embarassed by my emotions, and too tired and upset to not cry.

One employee really went out of her way to look after me during the time I was stranded there. (I had missed my connection) I wish to send her a letter of thanks and also a compliment to her supervisor because this employee went above and beyond.

Is there a particular person or department I can contact? I feel that if I send the letters to the BA offices in the States, it'll never make it over.
