I sdc a flight today

FAT-PDX - got the upgrade as a 75k t-2 with 4 seats available. 2 of us got upgraded, but the flight left with 2A open and 5 on the upgrade list. I asked the FA if the seat was broken, but that was not the case. The pax next to me was said she upgraded with cash (I assume at check-in, vs miles in advance)

very odd if they sold upgraded and failed to go off the list, but great service on a bumpy flight.
