The Postmates deal with the Savor card is expiring, so that's a possibility. But honestly I don't see a dining credit being a good fit with the CSR, which is supposed to be an aspirational travel card. A dining credit makes more sense for the CSP (when it's fee inevitably goes to $150.) And the CSR was said to be losing money with the flexible travel credit, so I don't see another flexible credit making sense either.
At $550 it's competing directly against the Platinum, so it should have some perks that make the CSR seem like a luxury card. PP doesn't really cut it anymore. It's going to need some hotel status, it's going to need some travel related partnerships. Maybe they can get some sort of United Club access as part of a renegotiation. My guess is anybody expecting a $550 card to be some sort rewards focused card will probably be disappointed.
