Hi, first time Gold member here. i want to ask how the +1 lounge invitation works here.

Does it have to be a travel companion on the same flight (sector/time?)
And how will I get the +1 invitation? Do i need to 'enrol' or check in together or just be at the lounge and present out boarding passes?
