Hmm, perhaps I'm overcautious but if I were rolling into the PEK car drop-off zone at 09:30 for a 10:25 flight I would be very agitated! What is the airline and class of travel? I've seen Y check-in queues for some (especially LH group) take 40 minutes, then budget 10 minutes for the transfer train, perhaps another 10 for passport control, and I've been stuck at that T3E security for 15 mins behind a bunch of school children, even in the theoretical fast-track lane. T3E gates are supposed to close 15 minutes prior to departure.

For a 10:25 flight, I'd plan to be arriving no later than 9am, ideally a bit earlier if I wanted a drink in the lounge. And definitely earlier if I ever have the misfortune to be travelling Y on LH group when they have the FRA B747, MUC A380 and VIE B767 all departing within the same hour!
